Event description
A special space for children ages 4-7. This 45 minute practice includes a playful breathing exercise, a theme based yoga story, songs & games and a craft.
Children will experience both the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice just for them!
Mats provided (or bring your own).
Cost: $15/child. Accompanying adult complimentary.
About Your Instructor
Laurel Warager is a licensed yoga instructor (200 hour) with a specialization in yoga for children & families. Laurel’s intention for teaching yoga to children is to build a solid foundation for a lifetime of health and wellness through movement and play.
